the restaurant was practically empty at 9:30 o'clock. we were welcomed and asked to wait while a table was read. it took a long time. a second personal greeted us and repeated the asking that the first person had put. the original staff finally returned and sat down. the service was even slower. our server was attentive, but the food service has not improved. eating was easy, but satisfying. there were many tables available when we left at 11:30.

on the 22nd april 2022 we had a reception after the burial of my mother. we had gone a week before and talked to manager. we only have 65 - 70 people. we had chosen a menu and were sure everything was ready. to our surprise was nothing ready that they had to put the tables yet, they had not enough server that our gast lated. some of the options on the menu were hidden. dessert was delivered by us, we had to keep reminding them that certain tables were not served. I would never recommend mimi to anyone I know. this established has gone downhill. it was earlier than one of the fine restaurants.
my women's department came to mimi's cafe on 5/15/2022 for our women's day on Sunday brunch. the service here was top notch. thanks to the ju managerlio he worked that we set up for our lunch. he was great. if they have a big party, please think about this restaurant. they will not be disappointed! we loved everything! 5 stare all away!
eating is good, and the staff is friendly. when it comes to cleanliness, this restaurant is not rated well. the bathrooms are a mess and dirty. there are flying that might fly in this thing a big problem with the quality of food coming from the kitchen. furniture is not in its best condition. would not be past this place again, but that does not mean that all mimi’s cafe are in the same condition. they have good mimic, not too bitter, not too sweet.
We arrived at Mimi Cafe today and the service was completely slow and finally the waiter came and we order just water and I noticed he took another order from another table at the same time. That was no problem but I noticed he immediately served the other table water and we were still waiting for our water. We got up and left. Very disappointed in the service!!!
We met up with Cousin Suzie, first time since she retired in December. She chose her usual Caesar's salad with extra grated Parmesan cheese, my husband chose the egg white omelette with only spinach and I chose the Egg White Veggie Omelette. The food was good, the service efficient, friendly and courteous.
Always great, basic American food. I always enjoy their tomato bisque soup and their quiches. I ordered the shrimp penne pasta in a tomato cream sauce. It was good. Can’t go wrong with their burgers.Can’t forget their muffins!!! I love their carrot muffins!!!! They are to die for!!!Customer service was great. Loved our waiter. Too bad I didn’t catch his name.
Their Cinnamon roll French toast is sooooo good! Their Crème brûlée and lemon cake was so good! The lemon cake was pretty small tho for about $8 but it was good. Their I onion soup was good too real cheesy.
