Navy Gateway Inns Suites Arizona Hall

We were here for a month because we were gone from the island. The cleaning staff was great and really nice! Reception staff was always super helpful. We were in the second building near the round. I had a room with a kitchenette. It had a 2 top stove, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils. The only thing it didn't have was a sponge or a dishwasher. They offer small towels, but it was easier to get only one sponge and throw it away when we checked. They allow pets with a pet fee of $125. I'm really glad I decided to stay over here.

I enjoyed my stay in the NGIS. I arrived early and the staff did everything to make sure I got my room in time.

The buildings are spread out all over the place. Must have transportation. None of the locations are walking distance to food or shopping.

Nice place to stay , convenient location for my trip. The bigger fridge and freezer was nice. The staff was great, I wrote a note for the Keurig coffee and I always had the right stuff.

It was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. I only gave it 4 stars because it's older and doesn't have a great view. It's wonderful for just sleeping, and the water pressure for the shower was awesome. Also has a free laundry room you can use!

The staff at Arizona Hall are helpful and responsive. The front desk at Lockwood hall does not answer calls and does not return calls though their voicemail says they will call within an hour. The rooms have the essentials. Similar to a poster below, when I entered my room I found a cockroach crawling on the bed in the 1506 building by the Makalapa gate.

The buildings were confusing, but the receptionists were pretty helpful. The bldg my room was at was in a mix of 3 inns, I could only make out one of the bldg's #s. Gambled on the wrong bldg. The room was neat tidy.
