Heavenly!! So easy to do with a cast iron pan. My hubby was so proud & raves about it all the time.
Turned out perfectly, but would use a tad less salt in the breadcrumb mixture the next time I prepare it.
I used corn flakes instead of bread crumbs! I also seasoned the lamb with some garlic and other spices prior to starting to follow the recipe!

This is a real crowd pleaser! I followed the recommendations of using only 1/2 the amount of the salt in the ruband I didn't salt the meat before pan searingCast iron skillet worked well.
