Visited for lunch, the food was good, but both of us had diarrhea in the evening. We only had old xian together that day. I don’t know what happened to the food safety here.

Great hand pulled noodles! Big portions at a good price. Food came out at a reasonable time and waitress was very nice. Would recommend directly approaching them to order and get the bill though. Would come back again!

When I was taking the bus, I saw a Xi'an noodle restaurant and I was very excited. I went in and looked around for a long time and ordered a bowl of the most basic oil noodles to try. When I heard the boss speaking Cantonese, I started to panic. If nothing else, it would be better than the surprise. It turned out to be a surprise. The fried noodles are not noodles mixed with oil. There is half a bowl of oil and the chili pepper is wrong. Are all restaurants in Vancouver so good?

I'm not sure the noodles are supposed to be that texture, but they are not soft and delicate. Beef was a bit overcooked, imo. Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork was gross. Service was pretty limited.
IBS sufferers warning. Twice now the beef noodle was not steaming upon serving. Excessive oil visibly floating in the broth. This combination will require TP. A lot of it. You've been warned.
