a word: amazing! absolutely loved the pizza we ordered that the white cake (14 and wings with blue cheese and spicy honey glaze 100% recommended. as dessert, the carrot cake was really nice. please ask them to sit outside since his beautiful place.

I have eaten over 35 local pizzerias. ollie is the best of them. a little less than 5 star rating is not understood on the paragliders what makes a really big, old, wood-fired pizza. next to the pizza is every item on the menu except this world, the service is phenomenal, the atmosphere is electric.

So it’s Easter Sunday. Ollie’s is open. Yay I can finally get the pizza I gave up for Lent. (Long 40 days. Get the Brick oven Margheritta pizza. ..to die for. Wait Staff Sam Collins (also same name one of their specialty drinks. No lie. Said I should try. Delicious! Quick buzz too. “Mixologist “ I proclaim Scott at the bar makes his own Bloody Mary mix. Had to try that too. Again off the chart. Spicy with celery pickles olive garnish. Even salted the rim when asked. Watch him do his thing. A true artist . Measures. Pours. Tastes with his own discarded straw before serving. So please go. Ask for Sam and if Scott’s working. You won’t be disappointed!
