Pal's Sudden Service

Good appearance, good food, good service, easy pleasures.

We love PALs! Service is fast. You order on one page, pay and pick up on the other. The chili back is my favorite. A child likes the simple hot dogs. Everyone loves the fries, the soda and the shake. We have stopped throughout the Tri-Cities area. You food and service are fast and consistent via the board. Head up, you know what you want before you get into the window. I don't want to slow down the line!

great customer service. I ordered a gallon tee and forgot him on the 2nd window, a week later I came through and they asked me if I wanted it.

This place has really gone downhill, especially since the owner of Pal's passed away. The quality of the food is terrible. A Big Pal used to taste like real ground beef, now it tastes like a freezer patty. They now also like to microwave the mayonnaise and lettuce on the burgers for some reason. Gross. The hot dogs are also disgusting now. They give you a wilted, microwaved bun with chili slopped all over it. The prices have went up as well but the quality has gone way down.

Pal"s is always great. Great staff, food will be the same every time, tea is mmm good, hot dogs are my favorite, hot frenchie fries light salt yummy. Fast, efficient, friendly staff every visit. A local food favorite.

I don?t usually have a problem with Pal?s. They are quick, and their food is decent. Their milkshakes however are disgusting! It is not a real milkshake. You can tell by the flavor. It tasted like chocolate syrup with a gallon of water in it!

Let me take a minute to talk about Pal?s. If you?re from around here and you haven?t heard about ?em? you live under a rock. If you?re new to the area, it?s okay to believe the hype. Pal?s is great! And it?s cheap, like uncomfortably cheap. Like it makes everyone else look like they?re ripping you off! But really, the menu is very simple. Burgers, shakes, fries and dogs. Great breakfast too. The policy here is keep it simple. They?re also very friendly. Like I couldn?t find my bank card and the boss was like, ?hey don?t worry about it buddy!? ? Wow! If you?re around the Tri Cities and yer looking for a good bite on a budget, THIS is the place. ????
