Stopped and had lunch today with some friends. I love the bread and wanted to buy a loaf. A friend and I decided we would split the bread and the cost. The manager offered to slice it for us, divide it in half and wrap each one separate. Thank you!! Good customer service!! Oh, and the food is VERY GOOD!!
Stopped for lunch today 4/15/22 and had great customer service. They are obviously short staffed like most business these days but work hard to make you not have to wait long. The manager said the drive thru should be open tomorrow and they are hiring more staff in the weeks to come. Very friendly and went above and beyond!
This is the fanciest Panera I’d ever been. Breakfast was good. The wraps are pretty good. They bring you the food to the table and also they picked up our plates when done. It is very clean.
Belong to the sip club which is an excellent monthly buy. Food is very good but pricey.
