Randomly stopped here on the way out of town. Wow, this place hit the place! Great food and family owned and operated. I'm definitely back. The service was perfect, ask for Gaby!

Parras tamales and restaurant is amazing!! Omg, did you try the Tamale? If you don't? I had a great experience!! Delicious food?. Great prices and especially the staff made you feel especially super attentive and with smiles on their faces all the time!!! I would recommend my family and friends!! I love you can order dozens of stories for parties and holidays! I?m ordering tons of dozens for Christmas this girl ain?t make tamales this year lol she taste like my mother makes. The food is amazing?.authentic Mexican plates and more!!! If you haven't tried Parras, I suggest you hop on your car and try it for yourself!!! May God continue to bless this business and strive more than it is already!!!

Food is delicious! Tamales are always fresh, never frozen! Your Barbacoa and Pozole are amazing. Oh and her birria tacos?? Customer service is ?. The restaurant is always clean. Definitely recommend!

Parra?s is EXCEPTIONAL! The food is superbly authentic and delicious, and the service is impeccable. Ana and Odaliz were extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and thorough! An absolutely wonderful establishment where quality and consistency clearly comes first to the owner and staff. Food is perfectly cooked and presented, everything fresh and crisp, the coffee bold and hot, the ambience very pleasant and roomy, and most importantly, the entire restaurant appears to be notably well-kept and clean ? to me, cleanliness comes before quality, and this place checks off on both! Pricing is fair for the experience and quality you receive; this place is hands-down the best Mexican cafe in Los Fresnos, and so far in my experience, the best in the entire Rio Grande Valley!! Super happy we discovered this gem?? The tamales and menudo are out of this world; the barbacoa, Al Pastor, and salsas are incredible. Their menu is extensive, so there is still so much for us to try! We can?t wait to go back?. Muchas gracias, Parra?s!! ??

3 tamale lunch plate came out to 9.00 if it was Delia?s I?d understand but these tamales hardly have any flavor and are pure masa I asked for cream cheese chicken and wasn?t told it was $1 more; I also wasn?t told that paying with card was an extra fee ; besides that, the aguacate was black with grain lines coming out and not fresh the lechuga had browning and was not fresh they hardly served any frijoles Fritos in it I only liked the salsa not worth it here. They should just be sellin out of their home; waste of time.

The food was delicious. We had excellent service from our waitress. She was smiling the whole time we where there, and she was very accommodating. We had a great experience.

Ordered mini barbacoa taco with cheese and avocado. It was delicious so was the bean and cheese taco. The oatmeal my sis ordered tasted like the oatmeal our mother would make. However, the glass with water was stinky of egg and we had to wipe down the table cause it had a strong odor of pine so cleaner. Would I go back? Yes. Yes I would
