later I was there and the customer service has gone down tremendously. the environment is very dirty. they do not delete the counters, even the floor was full of rubbish. the personal is short with customers, unwilling, and complain to get the whole time work. the noodles were all glued together, the brokkoli was ice cold. I have rejected the bowl. I asked for serviettes and all looked at me with empty stars. I live in cleveland heights, but I have to start going to mayfield. they are more welcoming and the environment is cleaner. dreadful customer service and no people skills. with profanity and only not somewhere where they want to get food and experience settings.

You don't know what happens to the run of loading when I come, there's a problem if you want to extra. Serve if they pay for it when they ask what they want it to be with a posture face expression is all. they slender your spaghetti noodles into a bowl like the Alfredo sauce, will hardly get anything gold. management is not better, they just stand there with the same precise expressions in the same. I'm sorry I'm not back, not when I pay 30 for 2 big bowls

I am disappointed by the quality of the food I have paid and the service I have experienced. I was in touch without someone greeting me behind the counter while the 3 workers saw me in my eyes and continued talking to themselves about how they didn't have enough personal and how they hated their jobs. as a customer I feel like super unprofessional to talk so before a customer and it made me feel uncomfortable, not to mention how soggy my penne were noodles and the squash I got on my bowl was super soggy and oily. I couldn't even eat my big bowl. it was so inconspicuous

the worst piadas! They always close early or go out of everything because they don't want to cook anything else. in the round they close at 9:15, so don't waste their time after that!

I love Piada but I will never go back to this location again. The staff there is rude and unprofessional and not friendly at all. Almost as if my presents is an inconvenience. The owners need to take a hard look at who they have representing their business because I don't have to spend money to help support restaurants, especially ones with awful customer service. I should have walked out when I asked about they pepperoni wrap and inform the woman that I wasn't for sure what they were called and guess what, I didn't end up getting it when I told her I wanted it and she tried to blame me and say I never asked for it. I guess one less customer they have to worry about parading on their day. Avoid and try the Parma location they may know the definition of good customer service.

The food is very good, the service was not very friendly and not very solicitous. However, it could have something to do with the fact that it’s 85° in the restaurant. Apparently ownership is too cheap to run the air conditioning. That would probably aggravate me if I was an employee working in a hot kitchen in a hot restaurant.

A little disappointed. I know prices are crazy right now but they use to takes two strips of bacon and crumbled on top now it’s 3 small teaspoons is all they can give you after it’s been minced into almost powder. Then the salmon is a 3 inches cube for like 4 6 dollars. You pay extra for everything which some stuff I get but damn.

Dirty…restaurant not clean even at the beginning of opening. Soon as you walk in you can see the floors and rugs haven’t been cleaned. Would be nice if cleanliness was really taken serious these days…
