No good experience. Not crowded, but super slow bartender and not friendly at all. Beer was flat and bad in my opinion and asked a billiard table and waited for over half an hour and finally decided to go elsewhere. Not recommendedService: 1/5

WORST pockets ever! Customer service was terrible our waitress was just sitting at the bar on her phone talking to the manager who was the rudest I’ve ever met. Every time we come here it’s filthy. Service is slow. Foods never done right. Glasses aren’t even clean. Omg I NEVER want to come to this location again. The Eastlake location should be shut down -6 stars
Service was good and the place was clean. Fries were amazing. Drinks were good. Olives were good. Red beer was good. No complaints! Had a great time.
