Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location is usually top notch. The Popeyes in Utah are sketchy but I have had very good experiences at this one. I am hoping they continue making great chicken. I've also bought the Thanksgiving turkey from here as well and that has been awesome. Can't wait for that every year.

After less than great service at another location. I came to Popeyes in Herriman. Fantastic service, friendly employee, and my order was correct. I'm picky and order weird. He was great. It was nice to have a great fast food experience. My chicken was crispy and good!

10/10 chicken Sandwich. The new Blackened Chicken Sandwich is pretty dang good. I still probably like their classic chicken Sandwich more bit both are really good. Best chicken Sandwiches in my opinion. The fries here are also up to par with other Popeyes, amazing. I tried the mashed potatoes and they are just like every other mashed potato you can get. The biscuit was super tasty. My only criticism was the soda machine had no ice and it was acting strange, I think it put too much syrup in everything, which is better than not enough, but it was still strange.

Food is always pretty good, but I’ve had very inconsistent experiences with the wait times here. Once they had my bag of food in hand as I handed them my card, but then another time it took a full 20 minutes when I was the only person in the store. I mean come on dude all I got was a chicken sandwich, I see the rack of 15 of them sitting there ready to serve. Food quality is pretty consistent though.

I generally have a great experience here. My last order was filled wrong and I paid for product I didn’t get. The process to submit a complaint is designed to be cumbersome and in effective. I get the impression with all the hoops I had to jump though to let management know they need more training makes me wonder if they even want feedback.

Good chicken sandwiches, but never got to taste the three order Cajun fries that we paid for and they forgot to place in the bags… and there was no enough honey for the six biscuit order. Pretty annoying, considering it was not the first time this happened in recent visits to Popeyes! A word of caution: check your order at the window before you take off! I’ve noticed that with Popeyes it’s a hit or miss kinda thing and the lack of consistency is not good for business. At this point I’m not even sure if I’ll pass by again to pick up the fries
