Great Annapolis location; relaxing. Good music; Bloody Mary Bar is a real winner!

My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice.

Came for Monday Lobster dinner. The lobster was tough and chewy.

Took my husband here for his birthday. We ordered from the Sunday Brunch menu. It was really a great experience . Food was really good (coming from someone who knows how to cook very well and is usually dissatisfied with many restaurant's food). The live Jazz was a nice touch. Server seemed a little new, but she was still good...and pleasant. I will return soon!

My wife and I were coming to a concert at Ramshead so we decided to double up and have our pre-show dinner there. We each had sandwiches and fries (nothing fancy) but it hit the spot, and we got a 10% discount and reduced parking because we also had concert tickets. Very convenient.
