today, my two sons and I chose to visit cicis for a late lunch. unfortunately my year old does not drink, according to its own preference, carbonated drinks. After we had paid for the buffet and drinks, we realized that the pop machine from all the things was not free from carbon dioxide. So I wanted to bring back the beaker and request the free water cup in exchange. the manager was friendly and very apologetic. he explained that they were more business than expected, and apologized again. then he sent someone in to the shop to get my son a non-carbonated drink. this is the epitome of class, customer service success and accountability! thank you for being friendly and going beyond and beyond! we will be back, and we will be sure everyone knows that this can be a cheap pizza buffet, but cicis has world class, five star customer service!
