I get in the usually only one bean, rice and veggie burrito in Mexican restaurants, because this is quite my only choice, but this place has 5 vegan options on their menu! I went for the nachos and they were certainly not disappointed. they can choose which salsa and borrow them. the woman who took my order was friendly and assured me that all the beans were vegan before I even asked. I should mention that almost none of the workers wear masks when that's someone who still concerns them. overall I was very satisfied (and full) updated by the previous review on 2021-06-03

although reyna is in a very popular restaurant in the city, I had not eaten there as I am not a fan of Mexican eating. today I had the opportunity to visit and was pleasantly surprised by their menu and friendly staff. at the arrival we were sitting immediately and the waitress welcomed our party of four and took our drink order. before I looked at the menu, I was under the assumption that there was nothing to eat for me. I was glad to see that reyna not only has a meatless menu, they also have vegan menu options. After they enjoy some chips and salsa, the waitress returned to take our order. I said the waitress that I am vegan, then I asked what the vegan options are. she shared that the options were vegan afteros with cashew creama, vegan enchiladas and I do not remember the other options sincerely causing, I stopped listening after she said vegan afteros lol. the waitress told me that many of the workers are vegan and she herself will soon celebrate three years as a vegan (which I would congratulate her) the choice of the beans for the vegan nachos are spicy black beans or fried beans. the nachos also had cilantro, green tomatillo sauce and jalapenos. when the nachos arrived, I was impressed by the size of the portions and the presentation of the nachos on the plate. the nachos were tasteful, hearty and very full. the waitress suggested I try the Spanish rice (which is also vegan to go with the nachos, which was a perfect compliment for the nachos, as the rice was fluffy and well seasoned. although I am not a fan of Mexican food, now that I have been in reyna’s, I am excited to try all their vegan options to find out which food item my favorite is!

The best bar in town. Delicious Mexican cuisine and this time we enjoyed live Mariachi music! The addition of sound-absorbing plates on the rod side really helped the noise level. Always a delicious meal.

We often go they are always busy, their food is great, their drinks are the best, their prices are good, and the service is great. We were here for a little over 3 years and had a hard time finding a place we liked. You won't be disappointed here. We love this place.
