Ricky's a good place. You can still smoke in there, so it will become cloudy. I like sitting outside. Bartenders are always great.

From the outside it appears to be a storefront at the end of a strip mall. Thats the highlight, Once you enter it goes downhill. It has a dive bar look until look closer and see how dirty everything is. There's no way to clean this place up without a wrecking ball. It was nighttime and the bartender was a poorly dressed slob that I thought was a homeless person that wandered behind the bar. A few of the several people at the bar were obviously drunk and the bartender kept giving them shots. We tried to stay for another beer instead of looking for another place but the blatant drug transactions were a total turnoff. 2 men in bathroom for 30 seconds? Scoring whatever from a loud car outside then showing the bag to a friend of theirs? This was like a movie about why never to come to little river. Unless you're looking for drugs.
