The name Bucci brothers should not be at all in the tittle, they do not even come close, the new owners of this place really a turn for the worst, very rude, food is terrible, I would avoid this place. his shame that many shops in the area would go to Buccis, but now another deli has to be found.

No longer good with new property. Food and service took a great turn for the worse. When the Buccis left, the good food and the people did.

Do not make fresh mozzarella every day? delivered so it is not fresh the back of the store is dirty and they are rude to customers

It is an absolute shame that new ownership is solely going to ruin this deli. I've been a lifelong customer here and have had nothing but amazing experiences in the past dating back to their previous store location. You always felt welcomed and comfortable walking in the door. It is nothing like it used to be the service is horrible, you're greeted with attitude its actually shocking. What a turn of events it has been there recently. You sit in front of the counter aimlessly trying to order for a minimum of 15 mins followed up by another 15 mins for them to wonder around and be annoyed that you ordered a sandwich. Another 15 mins just to pay for the order that they most likely haven't even started yet so guess what wait some more.They actually get mad at you if you try to call in a pickup order for a sandwich?i have never been so confused in my life to think that calling in your order before arriving would cause such a turmoil for them when it should make operations run smoother. It is actually so sad to see this place going downhill. There is not a shot i will ever be back here. I have heard and know of countless stories of unruly interactions that have occurred over the past year. If you want to walk in and feel uncomfortable and be treated as if you are doing a disservice by ordering something than by all means speak to the new owner if youw ant guys got a foul mouth and ask him why all of a sudden the breads stale and the chicken is chewy

I placed an order a week before I needed it and asked for it to be ready by 12 pm and paid cash instead of leaving a deposit. Day of my party I was running late to pick up the order and showed up at 12:30pm. I was told it would be done in 5 minutes and if I wanted they would deliver it as a courtesy. So I accepted and left as my guests would be arriving around 1 pm. Then 1:15pm rolled around, all my guests arrived, and the food was never delivered. I had to leave the party leaving all my guests at my house to go and see what happened. At 1:20pm, the food was still not ready, and instead of apologizing I was simply looked in the face and told they were overwhelmed. I was never apologized too, the owner couldn't even look me in the eye, and I wasn't compensated for the lack of customer service. They didn't even have the decency of carrying the order out to my car as I had three trays of food and two 4fters shame on all those men making a woman carry all of that especially when you did wrong by her. Honestly, this place is a disgrace. Never again.

Had the most wonderful experience Peter went above and beyond! I had unfortunately had the incorrect business location of where I was supposed to do a presentation. Peter was responsible for delivering the lunch and when he realized the mix up, he actually took the time to guide me door to door to the correct location since I'm not familiar with the area. Sadly, acts of kindness are rare these days, but it was so amazing that he did this! On another note, the food was great! Thank you Peter and Bucci Brothers!
