Everything here is al a carte, you come in and stand in line to order, and can grab sides out of the fridge on the left. You can order any amount of meat you want, so if you want a slice of something, or one rib, that's okay. You can get a bun or bread, and there's a relish bar in the center of the dining area with pickles, peppers, onions, seasonings, and sauces. You can also order to go online and pick up. The staff was really nice and friendly. The turkey was really goodand moist, and the moist brisket is also really good. I got the jumbo smoked potato with brisket on top, and you can get butter, sour cream, and cheese. While it was good, the skin was too tough to eat. I'd definitely come back. Update: Iwent back in December, and since September it was better. The potato was cooked perfectly and easy to eat, and I feel like it was bigger? The chopped brisket with sauce was pretty good, and the staff was really friendly.
