juan has excellent customer service skills. he is bilingual and so kind. the tacos are excellent and for every $1 on Thursday, it is worth the ride of joplin. when we set ourselves, we were immediately served warm tortilla chips and excellent salsa. the horchata is really good taste. I wish it was a bit warmer inside. really nice family restaurant.

good food great prices. the streets tacos are $1 on thurs and regular are $1 on dos. on Thursday they will have live music from 5 to 19 o'clock. her menu has all sorts of directed. very happy with the place.

We recently moved from NWA. We have been looking for great authentic Mexican food. We are so incredibly happy we found this place. We live in Joplin, and don’t mind the drive for amazing food and service. Definitely a must try! Don’t pass on amazing food.

Thursdays is the best day to get some pastor tacos, or any tacos. 1$ tacos till 6pm. I eat almost every week. Fried ice cream was delicious. Great service, great food, great people.

I knew of Roast's commitment to locally sourced ingredients and innovative cuisine; yet I was still so very impressed with the unique and delicious offerings. The shop was spotlessly clean and cheerful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I came for the Peruvian pork-belly tacos and also had the maple apple slaw and sweet potato tots. Then I was rewarded with a to-die-for salted caramel brownie. Everything was just amazing! And even the bottled water was locally sourced. Roast also serves wine and beer. There is a lighted patio with entertainment, as well. I live two hours away but I will definitely be back! No wonder they were named the Best New Restaurant in 2021.
