Received excellent hospitality and service every time. Food is excellent. Especially the spaghetti..

I recently ate there with some friends. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich. It consisted of pieces of turkey, covered in gravy on some bread with fries on the side, topped with some cranberry sauce. I tried to remain positive as I told the server i was hoping it came with mashed potatoes, She did offer to bring some on the side. I said don't bother. I was happy it had real turkey and not processed, but it was tough and it had a slight freezer burnt flavor to it. I did not finish my food as it was hard to chew and I doubted the freshness. When the server picked up the plates I advised her to let the cook know about about the turkey. She said she would, but did not offer any other solution. It had been a while since I ate there, now it will be very much longer.

Came here while on a business trip in HP. Service was pretty slow, Food was average. I had a chicken quesadilla with a salad. We had to wait a very long time to get our bills and the place was not that busy. It is a quiet place and can seat many people.

Easy to find seating and quiet with decent staff. Good food and service. I enjoy going with family and friends.

I ate there on two different occasions. The server brought me the medium pizza instead of the small. I let him know he made a mistake. When it was time to pay he still charged for the medium although I told him he had made a mistake. He just laughs and says well you got more. I still paid and told that is not good for business. Another time had burgers and fries with a family member after a half hour wait, when the food did arrive the fries were cold. Not even an apology, I still tipped at check out and not even a thank you. I wont be there again soon. One good thing is 15% discount for 55 and over with free membership card.

This restaurant can accommodate large parties. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Service is generally quick, but can depend on how full the restaurant is. The prices are a little high, but the food has never been disappointing.We go with family but aqlso just as a couple.

Surprisingly this was a great spot in High Prairie. My colleague and I stopped in at 4 other restaurant/pubs before we found this location, certainly was less intimidating than the other spots! Very welcoming :)
