ordered food online on the website sent someone to order to get one they tried to make us short on our food then big sonic explosion was half full, the manager said sad about it and have a good day bout the worst customer service ever
charles is a great manager! he really makes a first-class job to take care of the customer. that is the best sonic we have ever been to and charles has a lot to do with it. I hope the owners realize what he is.
sonic drive in of athens has an amazing crew and eating that their is amazingly fixed just 90% of the time to do 10 new employees over 7 old employees, they now report on the sound app amd get 50% of their order for the order.
Waited more than 30 minutes after paying for 8 milkshakes. Was at the point of just leaving when he brought them out and had to go back in because he forgot the straws.

Normally the blts are perfect. Today it was not bacon was so burnt it was not even eatable. 11$ wanted. Tots were cold and greasy..
