Subway

usually never has a problem here. tonight, there was a problem, and they were not willing to fix the problem without wasting more time and gas to drive back there after they screwed my sub. Usually they put their names down and repair their chaos, I guess no more. I just tormented the underwear. I didn't leave my house after I left there and came home.

it's ten to ten and no one is here to open up. disappointed

love the sandwiches here best in the city

Run out of ingredients like avocado but charge same price like if they added.

Well just went to this Subway location across from Northpark Mall, may have been the most fun I’ve had at a Subway restaurant in years, the ladies were cracking jokes an made the service an awesome time, the sandwich with two recommendations also put the experience an sandwich above all else I’ve had thus far within 40 miles of the Joplin radius! Thank you for making me smile! You guys were great!

I showed up after a 10 hr day to get dinner because I knew this location was open until 10pm and the drive thru makes it convenient... I pulled up to the order screen and waited about 5 minutes... I called the location, no one answered. So I drove around to the window thinking maybe I was wrong. All windows say they close at 10pm. I drove back to the window where I could see the girls working doing dishes. No meat or veggies were covered yet and it was 9:45pm. I honked. They ignored it. I called the store again at which point one of the girls looked over and seen me sitting in the window. Still nothing was said to me. I snapped a couple pics and still got no response. This location used to be good, but not anymore. It seems the last few times I have been in this location, no one is happy about their job or polite to customers. Maybe better management is needed..

Went thru the drive-thru, and when we got back to the house 1 sandwich was not fixed right at all, it was on the wrong kind of bread and way, way to much sauce and was the wrong kind also, will not be going back there
