Taco Bell

yesterday there were two combo meals ones with a kirsch pepsi, and one with a regular mountain dew. 12 the cinnamon and a wild circus eater. I was not totally told while I was in the order box when I got into the window, I was handed over a reception that was completely wrong. I was handed over a cherry pepsi for one job and a pepsi for the other. I see in the bag the cinnamon were in the bag, but there were only nine of them there were no cinnamon and sugar on them. the kirschferesser was not even announced. So I wondered why there is no cinnamon and sugar on the bite the girl in register slams the window clothes and starts to go off about I need a manager who seems to treat this guy too many problems for me. So a young man who wasn't the manager came into the window and tells me that they ran out of zimt and sugar, which is good, I understand that this happens, but they say something about the time people order. I had to ask for my cherry. this is the worst taco bell I have ever been there at each time, there is a problem that I never get the right order and if you bring it to their attention, then they make it as if it were your fault.

I have ordered online so it is a greater chance for accuracy since 9 times from 10 it is wrong. I was wrong. they have put chickens in a steak dish and rice in a bean burrito. I used to be there and they were out. the only thing they get right is my beverage order. it's nice as they ask if they want to eat, then they don't put in the pocket.

omg isn't here. I was on the road thru. the girl on the car thru was beyond rude. I asked her for a minute to see what my grandson wanted. she told me to let her know when I was ready to order and when I told her they could wait a minute. I answered, of course, if you said before, I should have waited, but you told me to let you know when I was ready. after I have ordered a number 4. I went into the window and she wiped her running nose with her right hand and then took the tip to my grandson drinking and put it on. I confronted her and she threw the soda away with her attitude as if I called her out. I'm sorry, but I don't remember asking for her snot on my grand soda. I went and went to mc donald’s .. I call on Tuesday and report that. it is disgusting and I will not tolerate that. I'm sorry for going here. I'll never be here again!

My order was messed up. Took a ride of 20 minutes. They came out with the packages and out of 4, only one had my name on it. This meant someone else got my food and I got theirs. You have to take their word for it bc u can't open them to see the order. All u have is the name. Came home with 1/4 of what I ordered. Make sure to double check the order number before you get ur food.

Refused food, waited in line for 30 minutes to pull up to the speaker and be told it 'll be 45 minutes to an hour for food so I kept reciting my order and was rudley interrupted . Again I was told it 's a 45 minute to 1 hour wait for food , we 're not taking orders due to too many online orders and a lack of staff she told me there were only two people there so I drove of and immediately sent corporate a message .Fast forward a few day and I tried calling the store and asked for a manager I was told I will not give you my managers info when I asked the employee who said she was the manager for her name , she refused and told me she doesn 't have to disclose that So another few days of no return call from anyone I called corporate again and was finally heard . I decided to stop by the store and ask personally to speak to a manager. Again someone stepped up and said she was the manager but refused to give me a name or take my info to pass along to a manager .That 's when I got corporate on the phone again and they put me in touch with the district manager who couldn 't belive what the manager was saying as I had speaker phone on. The manager then locked the doors and called the police and tried to tell them I was harassing her and they told me to stay off the property unless someone higher up says different .I drove home and my phone e rang againIt was the DM thanking me for letting her know what was happening , she said the manager is no longer employed there and I am more than welcome to come back , and that when I do to call her and she will comp my order .Without customers you don 't have a business , thanks to one DM this problem was solved ,even thou all I wanted was an apology ... bad service cost someone her job ,sorry ,not sorry

My favorite taco bell to go to. Always makes the tacos really fresh. Every employee I've interacted with has been very friendly.

Take a long time to get your order. Skimp you on the burritos. Wish they also brought back shredded chicken burritos.
