Zero stars for this place! the old man behind the counter is very rude to my wife and I while I ask for a menu item. it was our first time. asked him why he was so rude to us, and he only looked at me with nothing to say so that we went out. I will never return to this place!

bad customer service. Just as everyone says, the one and only man who works there is no reason extremely rude. don't waste your time and your money here.

Although the owner seemed impatient, rude and unpleasant, he added the uniqueness of the facility.

Man was rude, maybe didn't speak English, not sure. All the soda flavors were out of syrup, so I had water. The only redeeming thing was that it's fairly cheap and the food wasn't half bad. But I won't be going back.

Only one star because that's the minimum to do a review. This guy should not be in a position to deal with the public. So rude and doesn't even try to communicate with anything but contempt. Just wanted to know if my lunch togo order came with salad. Instead of answering yes or no, which would have been the easiest, he picked up a long stick and proceeded to point at the wall menu with it like he was a schoolmaster. What a jerk! NEVER, NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Food is good but the man working the counter lacks major coustmer service skills.. he was rude for no reason. Won't be back.
