Texas Roadhouse

I ordered take out, bacon cheesburger and fries at 6pm. It is now 730 and it still isn't ready. It took over an hour to get my take out burger. I'm from Texas and this place is giving Texas a bad name for their service. I guess this is what happens when companies sell out for the money. One freaking burger and fries. Reminder this is on Joint Base Lewis McChord, so I wonder if that is the reason, must be. I should have gone somewhere else. So dissapointed.

Me and my wife have been here a handful of times and it has never let us down until last night.Our server seemed uninterested and was very little help to us, we would have to ask her as she walks by if we can get a refill so on so forth.The food is normally great, but last night it seemed old and stale, the fries actually chipped one of me teeth, I have free dental so not the end of the world but still it baffled me that I had a fry hard enough to break my tooth.I’m giving it a four star in hopes that our next visit will be as good as the rest of ours have been.

Food was delicious. The warm buns are addicting. Love the music and the staff doing line dancing. Great service. Food was so yummy. Decor awesome. Parking great. Love heaters outside when waiting outside. Wish bar was bigger. Love the idea restaurant is on military post. Brings energy and many outsiders together. Great feeling. Manager stopped to visit at our boith. Very nice hospitality.?Parking: Great location. Disappointing. Majority of our table sent steaks back. Way over cooked. Had send mine back twice. Waitress would not refill rolls. Had to get a manager to refill. We frequently went to Texas Roadhouse in AZ Perioria, our favorite restaurant consistent good experience.

Our appetizer didn’t come and the server apologized and said she didn’t put it in. My daughter and husbands food didn’t come, although the rest of the food came and the server appeared tried to blame the kitchen and said it would be up soon. When it finally did come we had finished our food and their steaks had no Seasonings at all. I have never received a steak from a steakhouse with out anything. My family didn’t want to deal with it so they just ate what they could. Texas roadhouse gave us a coupon for a future visit, but charged us 85 for some of the worst steaks. They have gone downhill so bad.

Went there for lunch. It was a bit of a wait, but was worth it. Michelle, our waitress did a fantastic job. She got our appetizer out to us quick and the food was out right as we were finishing up the appetizer platter. My steak was med rare like I ordered and my gf said her salmon was really good. We had several people check on us throughout the meal to see if we needed more rolls, drinks or anything. Was a great experience.
