The Bigger Bagel Deli

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could! This place is ridiculously slow! I ordered food at 10:45am was told it would be 15 minutes get there at 11:00am not ready 11:45am comes by and I'm asking where's my order and they're like it's not ready 15 minutes. I finally leave out of there at 12:00 and they're like we could still make the food like are you kidding me You didn't even make the food? You told me 15 minutes not 15 years!!!!!!!! Too slow the place If you're looking for fast food go down the road there's a much better bagel place by Dollar tree!!!

Bagels are warm and chewy. Moved from LI and always stop for a bagel when I visit. Was not disappointed this morning. Fast service. Clean and welcoming spot to start the day.

Bagels are absolutely amazing I actually come to bigger bagel a lot. But I Just had one of there employees lied. They have dates on their cream cheese and I saw the date it due to them removing the stickers. I ask for them to get me new ones they said they were made yesterday it was a lie cause I saw it say 5/10 on the stickers.

So upset I bought egg sandwiches to find one slice of ham on a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. A hero with 6 egg whites also got one slice of turkey. Where is the protein? Never again . I called and told Keith about the situation and he proceeds to advise me I am mistaken . No apology , nothing . I took snapshots of the sandwiches and that review is on yelp.As you can see by the owner 's response they take zero accountability on any errors. As a consumer ,look at the pictures; it 's says it all.
