breakfast tomorrow. they have a great choice and our meal was wonderful. our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I had the quiche that came with fresh blueberries, strawberries, grapes and melons. the fruit was ripe and sweet. the coffee was good my man had the classic 2 eggs, ham and sourded toast. it was all done to perfection. we will return definitiw. they have to taste

I love the new exchange cafe. if you enjoy eating for high quality food, this is the place! the menu is excellent and well thought out, locally served eating and sitting locally in the seat. I and my wife eat several times the week. this is fast to our favorite brunch/lunch spot.
we have been here for years...fantastic coffee soup salad sandwiches along with rock hill bakehouse brot, biscotti, muffins, biscuits all freshly baked. some vegan options available. Daily quiche. the menu changes daily with specials. they wait friendly staff and fun. tables next to windows for great people watching. this is our favorite place to eat in glens if.
her curry chicken sandwich is the best. I also love her Turkish latte. the only problem I found with this place is that it is very busy. I'm sure if they were more open, they would earn more business.
As a frequent diner of this establishment for the past 10 years, I can say that I am 100% pleased with the ongoing transition from the well known “Rock Hill Bakehouse Cafe” to up and coming “The Exchange Cafe”. The new owners, Sara and Chris Patten, are nothing short of exceptional and have been very accommodating for the pre existing Rock hill lovers by keeping on many of the crowd pleasers such as The Granny Smith Panini, The Curried Chicken Grill, and my personal favorite, the Grown Up Grilled Cheese. All the while adding some amazing new entrees such as The Slow Roast Panini, The Pulled Pork Sandwich, and a delicious daily breakfast quiche, baked by Sara herself! I would highly recommend this locally owned cafe to anyone just passing through, or to residents looking for a new favorite spot to eat. Keep up the good work!
Highly recommend stopping into the Exchange for a bite ! This location is located right in the heart of Glens Falls and was formerly Rockhill Bakehouse. Rockhill was known for delicious soups, breads, sandwiches, salads and baked goods. The food remains delicious with all of the same elements of Rockhill present. The menu is revamped and there have been interior and exterior improvements which makes an improved atmosphere for patrons. Wishing the new owners the best as they grow their business and excited to see The Exchange continue to grow overtime!
Food was good! I ordered from the original rock hill bake house menu. I have been to the rock hill a few times before and really like that the new owner has preserved the same ambience and many of the same menu items.
