The Ivy Lea Club

our family is a great fan of olivea and riva. we were very excited to learn that the owners now owned another of our favourite restaurants (especially because of the location and atmosphere) unfortunately we have remained very disappointed. the new menu is incredibly limited. while eating very well, the sorts on the dish (specific sweet) were really disappointing. Moreover, my father had spilled full drinks in the law 2 in his lap (we understand that accidents happen) but we were not given any kind of compensation for it. we had a big party, ordered two bottles of wine as well as other drinks (on 9 meals and one appetizer) and felt that it was in the bill to take care of at least for my father in the meal of the law, for the inconvenience. we can only hope that the menu offers will be reviewed and some more variety will be introduced to improve the experience.

beautiful atmosphere and great experience during a Saturday brunch. the restaurant is not open regularly, but I hope they can run these events. it was a brunch buffet and each product was delicious. they also have lunch on Friday evening with a table d’hôte prix fixe. I would recommend either for special occasions.

I had booked an appointment with the fitness center as a test to check the club. I came at 0845 according to request and no one was to greet me. the one person, in the rather small club, had no idea. if you are considering saving $500 per year for a membership, you would expect and appreciate a better customer service. a big boo of this guy.

Horrible place to work! No one should have to beg for their paycheck from Mari Jane or whatever her name is and the chef especially 2 weeks after my father passed. They don't care!!

Was there attending a wedding a couple weeks ago. Beautiful view, and over all pretty inspiring place to be. Well kept grounds. The steak dinner that was catered to us was delicious and cooked perfect in my opinion. Without a doubt I would return.

We are very disappointed with the reservation serviceDespite the ratings about the meals being overpriced we wanted to try this restaurant for our wedding anniversary.We had reserved a nice table on the patio, on the water side, as promised by the person who took our reservation. However, when we arrived, we were given a table on the restaurant side. We would have appreciated more transparency from the hostess about this. Maybe this is not as important for everyone, but for us it makes a difference. We ended up cancelling our reservation.
