first I would like to say that this place has an excellent menu, tumbler rings are some of the best in tulsa to not mention the chicken frits steak dinner. I look forward to the quality of eating. for my two-star evaluation. I've eaten here for about 4 years as a tribal in my lunchtime. I even brought my family to eat here a few times. eating can be great, but the quality of service has gone downhill. I was also a generous tipper than practice, but not so much in the last months. when I go into this facility, I take my place and look forward to the service. later, when I left, I greeted, but the execution was understandardized. I get my meal and in the past a few check-ups would happen as the service personnel would come by. that still happens, but for some reason I'll be overlooked. I had lunch there today. after my meal I needed extra ranch dressing because my salad was a bit dry. it took about ten minutes to try to highlight the person waiting for me that I needed some attention. I asked about the ranch and then I waited and waited, .no ranch dressing. After my lunch I went to the kitchen myself and asked personally. I was there long enough to give me my ticket. When I told her I had to get the ranch for me, laughed at me and went away. I wasn't amused, nor did I enjoy my lunch. I gave her a 10% tipp for the service I had received, and now I regret that. I know people are from days, so I write this review. sometimes we forget that it is repeated by a good service that thrives a facility.
