After dealing with 2 other repair shops, we started taking our Saeco here for repairs. We've now been dealing here for a number of years. When the Saeco finally died we bought a Delonghi, which we love. Today a small plastic part fell off. Called Tony and he tried to explain how to put it back on but said he would do it if we had trouble. We did, so we made the 45 minute drive and Tony put it back on in about 45 seconds. He also gave us a good tip on filtered water which should save us some money. Always friendly and helpful which makes it worth the 45 minute drive to stock up on the Saggi beans. We highly recommend this customer-friendly, knowledgeable business.
