Ordered supper from here 4 nights in a row . Steak and all the fixings including salad , burgers , salmon steak and best of all Shrimp Scampi . Shrimp were a great size and so tasty with the minced garlic at only $16 !!

This restaurant is located in the perfect spot! I parked beside it on Main Street and walked to the grocery store picked up a few nick knacks, but hey you want to hear about the food! I walk in the door and to my left a board with the specials on it, after reading it and sitting myself, I was hosted faster Usain Bolts Olympic Run! I got the monster burger, yummy yummy in my tummy! Walk in and greeted with a hello. Sat myself, and the seating was great very comfy. 13 minutes after ordering the special, the food came out hot and well presented.

We stopped by here for a late evening meal while on a fishing trip to the area. The winter hours had this place closing at 9 p.m. so we weren't expecting much arriving at 8:30 for supper. The restaurant was empty when we entered meaning we were the only patrons. Our server was very quick, efficient and quite pleasant. We had asked for coffee to which she replied that it would take a few minutes as they would make a fresh pot for us. They have a very good menu with lots of options, more than one would need. This menu made it tough to decide what to have as everything looked good. I ordered the veal parmesan which came with a side salad or soup, you had a choice of potato, or rice if you wanted, vegetables and a slice of garlic toast. ($15.00). my friend ordered the patti melt with fries and gravy (the gravy was yummy). ($10.00). The food order came out quite quick which you would expect as we were the only ones in the establishment. our coffee cups were never empty with very fresh and flavourful coffee. This was a great stop, lots to eat, friendly service, reasonable prices and the best good food.

Food is decent. It's a typical small town restaurant with homely food. The social atmosphere is not welcoming to outsiders.

third main is a great place to eat! the menu has many variety and the portion sizes are great! the atmosphere is friendly and the restaurant is clean. if you haven't tried third main yet, I suggest you put it on your. list of dingen who are the next time in big river, sk.
