Very nice chain restaurant. You have the choice to sit at a sushi bar, a regular table or a table with integrated grill. At the regular table or at the sushi bar you start eating as soon as you sit. But the true Sakura experience sits at the table with the built-in grill and has prepared your meal right in front of your party. Then the food precursor is a performance experience. If you have a party of eight or ten, you can start the experience immediately. If you have a smaller party, you can wait until there are enough cartridges to fill all or most seats. After your orders are picked up and the drinks, soup and salad courses are served, your chef will come to your table and prepare the Entrée. It will begin by grilling some eggs, rice and some oils and spices to make fried rice. Then he puts vegetables and meat on the grill and prepares everything that was ordered at the table. There are some flames as part of the prep, and there is a volcano of an onion. At the end of the Food Prep Show, the grill is cleaned. It's an interesting process. I have a lot of pictures. I should probably have just made a video, but the customer eats during food preparation. I ate during the meal preparation. I had onion soup, a mild, tasty broth with a few chopped crochets. The salad and the rest of the meal was delicious, but not excellent. Nevertheless, the whole culinary experience was pleasant and worth the price. This is a good place to bring children. The children at our table and the children at the tables near us seemed to enjoy the show made by the chefs at each table.
