as far as I know, one of the best restaurants in the northwest that really focus on local/seasonal/natural food experience in a cozy atmosphere. they have obtained various cochan sets (crude, cooked, pickled, dried, fermented, etc. based on the status of local, almost daily changing ingredients (ripe/unripe, young/old etc., also chef nick coffey, a really good man, is very familiar with fermentation techniques and they could ferment something (and of course, delicious! on the tellers. many thanks, nod and all, really appreciate their great works!

spectacular eating in taste and presentation with a focus on local ingredients. what I especially liked about the food was that the fresh of the ingredients really radiates. the healed, the chew, the sweet were spiced and in a wise that does not overwhelm the palate.

we decided to celebrate the 98th birthday of my father there. it wasn't sure how the menu would be for him. results, we all loved it. service, eat, put, all excellent!. we have missed having a fire in wood with lots of, just because we choose 4 start on ambiente. absolutely recommended.
interesting and delicate food, beautifully represented. every bite should be eaten and delicious. above all the 24 hours red beet were above the top. we learned and tried the weeping piquette, very refreshing. all in all a delicious lopez island experience. thank you.

Hostess very unfriendly. Wait person was pleasant! Love shared plates but for us there was a inconsistency from dish to dish . Last plate was wagu beef very rare even for my husband, Spoke to the server and she said that’s the way the chief prefers it prepared great space, would not return
