For what it is worth, this waffle house experience was one of the better culinary experiences I can remember in a long time. I do not say that it was the greatest food or spirit and that you need to drive from another state to visit, but the staff should be recognized whether to be overboard. I stopped from this waffle house on a trip from Houston to NOLA. The server was very nice, very attentive and very fast. We got orders, food arrived immediately, and we are regularly busy. That sounds simple, but it was better than my typical restaurant experiences. All on the staff were on board. The cook concentrated on his job, engaged with the other staff in a seemingly pleasant sniper, without being unproductive. The bus boy also worked hard. I felt it was a very unexpected, very pleasant experience and wanted to give credit.

Stopped late at night during our long road trip. Was super convenient that they're 24hrs. Was really good food. Really good prices too. Got the hashbrown bowl that came with eggs and sausage ontop of a bowl of hashbrowns. Was super good. Husband got pancakes with pecans in it and really enjoyed it.
