What a cool town and a great place to stop between Savannah and the ATL We loved the movie Fried Green Tomatoes and this town was the set.

so much I loved to see this iconic restaurant from one of my favorite films all the time and had wonderful service and eating, I am appalled to see on the sign for all. the slavery is not a sweat, even for this southern white woman. there are so many other ways to remember parents to visit their children. even offer fun to give our puppies and ice cream. the whistle stop cafe shows something friendliness and humanity, instead of scorching about a terrible part of the history of America and destroying it!

if they have seen fried green tomatoes and are in love with the movie as we are, then it is a must that they make a stop here! fantastic eating, great service, great experience! we had the fried green tomatoes for a starter and then land fried steak with fried okra, fried mushrooms, crowned greens and kartoffels. I cannot recommend this place higher!

arrived on a complete veranda of customers waiting to take place so they know that it must be good, and worth it. that was it! They all looked at in a reasonable time. the food was fantastic! I had half a order of roasted green tomato and the bennett bbq sandwich. both were as amazing! you really feel the mood of the film inside. the staff was friendly and friendly. they even have the piece of glass from the movie with the ballhole inside on the wall. I can't say enough great things about my experience. do not miss to go back and see that the smoker big george cooked the bbq in the movie, the dig of frank bennett, smoker hack, and the poor of kumpel jr, where the kamin was at the end of the film. so a fun stop for fans of film, and only anyone who wants interesting crafts and drifty shops, with a real movie small town vibe. dead as a door nail in the city on Tuesday and Wednesday, so they avoid these days when they want to see the city alive.

The Whistle Stop Cafe is a jewel. A buddy and I rode our motorcycles through a beautiful forest to visit eat here and enjoy the scenery. We were seated promptly and despite how busy the restaurant was, service and speed were second to none. All the food was piping hot and fresh. The portions were good for the price. Multiple customers bragging about how good the food is.
