My fiancé found this place and was interested on doing our rehearsal dinner here. My fiancé called the restaurant and asked them if there was anyone that could give us a tour of the banquet area so we can get a general idea on what it looks like and how big it is. The hostess said that wouldn’t be a problem and the manager would show us. So we both were looking forward on seeing the banquet area. We went in and checked in at the host stand. The hostess was this yr old girl just standing behind the counter. Instead of walking us to our table. She handed us menus and silverware and said go to table That didn’t start things off on the right foot. So we sat down and looked at the menu. We kinda knew what we were going to order because we looked at the menu online. The bartender came over to greet us. We ordered our drinks first before ordering. We first tried to order the cheese curds but they were out. So I ordered the French onion soup and my fiancé ordered the Beer Cheese Soup along with our entrees which were there Famous burger and Ultimate Burger. Both soups came and the set the wrong soups in front of both of us, so we had to switch the soups ourselves. The French onion was ok, not the best I had. And the Beer Cheese was absolutely bland and tasteless, worse I’ve ever tasted. The hostess came to take the soups away and she asked how everything was, and my fiancé mentioned that the Beer Cheese soup wasn’t good. She said oh ok and took the soups without any other comments. We waited a bit longer and our entrees came. My fiancé said she enjoyed her burger. But my burger was ordered medium and it was served to me well done. And it was tasteless....worse burger I’ve ever had. I took bites and put it aside. The bartender came over and I mentioned I didn’t like the burger. She said “oh I’m sorry” in a girly voice and walked away. She brings us the bill and didn’t take the burger off. Not sure how this place won awards. Was absolutely horrible
