great service sheds eating! special place!

we are from the state and try to come here every time we visit park city twice in year. we were not and were not hotel guests, but in the past we felt that this was the best restaurant in the pc. this meal was not as big as usual, and we understand that the circumstances certainly contributed (new cook, first night after the break, but we expect (and earn? excellent, which this time did not happen. menu was from the season, average price of wine list in the extreme range, aromen were not bright. our server and the bartender as well as the rest of the staff were perfect and very attentive what we appreciated and saved in the evening. try it in a few months again hoping to return to normal fabulousness.

What an incredible ambience and service

A delightful evening in the dining room to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service was superior all evening. Though they are adjusting to the arrival of a new executive chef, the food quality at Yuta has remained top notch; everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. While not inexpensive, the service and food quality is a pretty good value given the setting. The cocktails and wine list are well-curated and executed to perfection.

We had such a wonderful experience and the food was excellent!
