A small restaurant on the corner of the block but definitely a great place to go to if you are hungry as the portions are huge here. What's even better are the prices are really fairly priced, the meals average around $10+ and the beer here is pretty cheap too. I ordered the hamburger steak $12 while my friend had the #1 special Pork Cutlet plate. It came with 2 large patties, coleslaw, corn, macaroni salad, and rice. The coleslaw had a thousand island type dressing but not very Mayaonnaisse filled. The macaroni salad was a little spicy, I think they mixed gochujang into the salad dressing, but it was creamy nonetheless. Both the ham urged steak and the pork cutlets were fairly large, had a nice panko crust to it and not chewy, actually cooked just right. The best thing about the plates was that neither of our plates were greasy and looking at what a lot of other people ordered the fried chicken neither did that. That makes me feel a lot better about eating a hungry person meal. The best thing was the gravy on top of the cutlets and steak. Will go try the other restaurants in the chain as they have at least 4 in metro Vancouver.
