Arby's

I put my order on the counter. Only two people. I waited 15 minutes, but still no food and several staff behind the counter saw me wondering what I was waiting for, but nobody asked. I finally asked about my money back and told the manager that I would go next to Chick fil A to get good service and he said to have fun.

They were so busy and still managed to get our food out in time. The lady who took our order was great and the manager was friendly and said that this was the busiest day she wasn't even the busy opening day. But they were great. Definitely will return to this place when I'm in the area.

Arby?s is mine and my friend?s favorite fast food place to eat. This special Arby is garbage. I can't say how often our order was wrong. The orderer can repeat my order 20 times to me, and the wrong things still end in the pocket. We will order several sandwiches (for others with us) and only 1-2 sauces as we get? that should be divided between 5 sandwiches. Fries are cold majority of time. Service is INSANELY slow. We live directly on this Arby?s and my friend works only 7 minutes on the street. He must leave a HOUR early to work if he wants to eat before entering because he will wait so long in the car thru. You can also say the buyers in the window have absolutely no idea what they do? re do (especially to get simple orders wrong every time.) I ordered two CHICKEN SLIDERS the other day, and the customer repeated himself? These were three Jalapeño sliders? I understand that the place is new, but I don't see an apology for the way things are going/handed there. We decided not to eat there anymore. We gave it several chances to be new only for them, but it just seems worse with every visit.

Arby's was Arby's. By that I mean it was fine for quick service style food. My experience was ruined however, by the fat mouth breathing woman who didn't understand how to order, so she ended up with a sandwich that was served on a roll instead of bread. She just couldn't get her head around how the text on her coupon stipulated what she would get for that coupon, but there were pictures of multiple types of sandwiches on the entire marketing flyer. So she was not served what she envisioned. Well, then she just wouldn't shut up about it. Kudos to the Arby's staff for handling it effectively. First a staff member tried to explain to her that they had served her what she actually asked for, and when that twisted her head into knots because her two brain molecules just couldn't compute it, a management level staff member quickly got this dumb, undeserving, obnoxious lady the sandwich she envisioned, but did not actually order. It was only after the new sandwich was delivered thar the lady realized she was in the wrong and started to backpedal, a task that she struggled to accomplish verbally, and finally, to relief of everyone on the dining area, stuffed the sandwich in her oversize pie hole and finally shut up. I continue to have sympathy for quick service food workers as ridiculous episodes like this probably make the job almost intolerable. I'm actually thinking about starting a website which is a comprehensive how-to guide on the correct method to order, eat, and have a successful fast food experience without making a jerk of yourself and bothering others. It's really not that hard. Anyway, Arby's was fine other than that stupid customer.

I have eaten from here maybe 3 or 4 times last year from the Drivethru and every visit to the food was good. I ate the chicken club wrap tonight and it was tasteful and hit the place. Service is fast and friendly.

We have been in this Arby site several times in recent years and service is consistently friendly, and usually fast and accurate. Although my order this evening was not 100% accurate (I lacked a sandwich), and the classic roast beef sandwiches not ringing 2/$6 as advertised on the signage, the service was friendly as always, the restaurant appeared clean, and the food quality was exceptional. They also took not only 1 but 2 coupons, which was very helpful.

There were only 3 employees when I visited, but the workers were attentive and service was fast. The food was also fresh and hot. In any case, an efficient and hard-working Arby facility.
