by the drive thru ordered because the lobby was closed for the past year. between my order and the move to get it, her system went down and had no chance to accept any kind of payment. my order of 4 ice creams sat there (and melted). I was finally allowed to pay in cash, as long as I had an exact change. I had only had enough exact change for 2, so the other two were scattered. definitiw a lack of customer service or just care in general. the rest of the staff was just too early to end.

the person who helped me find out what we wanted, had a bad attitude when I answered the questions of my engaged. we do not appreciate the bad attitude. the blizzards were good, but they must respect the people better. not the cash, but the person she asked to help.
they have a great menu and the best for me is the first beer Sunday
we were for an ice-cream. the lobby is closed so that we were forced to deal with it through the passage that was certainly not our choice. the coworker who took care of us was as if we were a huge inconvenience that asked for a cake, and when we asked if we had written “Happy Birthday” on it, she actually sighed loud so that we never said. not a good opportunity to treat customers, buy an overpriced $27 cake! I'll go somewhere else next time.

Always good food. Most of staff have been friendly and professional. Must be scared to death of virus. No dine in for several months.
Stopped by here for left my wallet at home and had to use some change I had. I came a little short and The Indian gentleman that owns the restaurant let it slide and told me not to worry about it stuff happens. It’s little things like that will give 5 stars in my book.
I say no cheese twice. Still get cheese.You all are absolutely, incredibly stupid if you can't get SIMPLE SUBSTRACTION.
