One comes to A&W knowing what to expect, reliable fast food but in this location the staff were outstanding. I had a special breakfast request and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. I was duly impressed and my omelette had a really light and fluffy cook on it. Great service and really decent food better than some pretty swanky places I've been too. Well done!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and it was good as A&W is always. The girls at the counter were friendly and efficient... service was a little slow for fast food but it was all good after we got our food! Hash browns were very hot and greasy!! Just the way we like them!

We go north several times a year and always stop here for meals. We are never disappointed. Staff friendly, food comes fast. Clean bathrooms as well. We always look forward to the stop there whether going north or coming home. Pleasant northern atmosphere

While the burgers can be good if you get a hot burger, it seems that this is becoming a more infrequent experience. Additionally, if you are considering the drive-thru, be on the lookout for NUMEROUS potholes: before you enter, as you drive up to the order "window" and the doozies once you (finally) receive your order.Service is lacking at the cash window: they seem all too happy to take your money, then quickly shut the window, leaving you to wonder how long you have to wait. Sometimes they direct you to park, but again, never tell you how long it might take.Unless you specifically ASK for napkins, they will not give them out. Not my first choice for drive-thru in Williams Lake.

the restaurant was clean and tidy. Food came out fast and hot. We had the spicy chicken burger and it was very good and fresh.

Went with family for breakfast. Two of us ordered the same thing. The other person ordered a more expensive breakfast. When it came his was missing the items that made it more expensive. I got up and complained. And we waited and waited and not came meanwhile therest of his food was getting cold I got up again and asked the manager what gives. The girl had said nothing to her. So we finaly got his extras. Not a good eexperiences.

I make lunch runs for work and we used to "A & W" 2, sometimes 3 times a week. In the last 3 or 4 months, the food and service have gone badly. We've had cold Teen Burgers that seemed old, Onion Rings, which ARE expensive, that were undercooked or EXTREMELY salty. 2 out of 3 times the Chicken Strips were given to us without sauce, and most times lately we've gotten no napkins. We've also experienced Breakfast Sandwiches with old, dry, hard buns. The older, original staff are usually great. They almost know me by name. The newer staff, especially the younger girls, are surly at best. They act like they're doing you a favor serving you, and never say "Thanks", "You're Welcome", or "Have a Nice day"....etc.We probably spend $30 to $50 per day at lunch......unfortunately lately it's been McD's.
