First time ever I got front desk guy mad at me just because I booked hotel through expedia so he has to pay 20% of sale. Just doesn't make any sense

No service to speak of, have been long time customer at there Sushi restaurant, they don't even answer the phone any more on the restaurant side, lounge or even the front desk. Used to be good but has gone down hill.

This motel was filthy. The manager was unorganized and extremely unprofessional, our room was not ready at 1600. We explained that due to covid 19 we had to cancel our trip( one of our immediate family members had to be tested), but the manager charged us anyways, we were not even in the motel. I would never travel to Springs again, I believe next door is a clean hotel at the same price. Springs was a terrible 10 min experience that we paid $300.00 for and never entered the rooms. Poor customer service, poor quality, poor attitude and zero professionalism.
