Steve's Place

Have ordered from there several times and were not disappointed with the service or food that the food is soooo good.. .It is well seasoned with generous portions! If you haven't eaten it yet, do yourself a favorite and try it ... you will not be disappointed!!

Today was my mother's birthday and she wanted a steak. I also knew the right place to take them. The steaks were so juicy and tender. We really enjoyed it.

We often eat at Steve. Can't get their prices and the amount of food they bring for this price! Her beef tips and mountain Melts ROCK!

We loved this cute little restaurant! The food was all homemade and they even had fried green tomatoes! We very reasonably priced, especially for a buffet...will definitely be back anytime we are in the area! Sweet people!

This place has a delicious home cooked buffet. Wonderful, friendly staff also. We ate there 5 times while visiting the area and never had a bad meal or complaint. There were 3 of us. Buffet includes hot bar,salad bar, soup , homemade desserts and a drink for very reasonable price. This is not a upscale restaurant just good home cooked meals.

The BEST home style Southern Cooking!!! My kids and I were driving through Hiawassee and stopped for a meal. Our server, Sheila, was awesome. We enjoyed her company each visit. Great atmosphere and excellent food. So much so that we made a point to bring my husband back when we were driving through a couple days later. We were excited to share. When my husband tastes the fried chicken he told us that it tasted just like his Grandma’s fried chicken. That is one of the best compliments he could give. Don’t miss out on Steve’s Place. I recommend the buffet and also the delicious French Dip. Yum!!!

Just like dinner at Grandma 's. Friendly, attentive staff, decent buffet and good burgers, too. It is now known as Kountry Kitchen . And if you like banana pudding it 's one of their staples!
