by the drive thru ordered because the lobby was closed for the past year. between my order and the move to get it, her system went down and had no chance to accept any kind of payment. my order of 4 ice creams sat there (and melted). I was finally allowed to pay in cash, as long as I had an exact change. I had only had enough exact change for 2, so the other two were scattered. definitiw a lack of customer service or just care in general. the rest of the staff was just too early to end.
